- I am a Promoter Director and manage the reality business of Oasis Group of companies.
I have been Chairman and head the Management Team at Oasis group of Companies and thereby developing many eminent Residential & Commercial complexes, IT Parks & Service Apartments.
- I am a Promoter Director and manages the HR and Finance at Lokbharti– A vocational skilling company.
I am a Promoter Director in this vocational skilling company which is a partner with National Skill Development Council and are a partner with the central government and various state governments in public private partnership model.
- I am a Promoter Director and CFO and manages the practice for Finance and Taxation at SmartHead Consulting– A multi domain consulting firm.
I am an expert in legal structuring, Tax Planning & Restructuring, Financial & Legal Due Diligence, Merger & Acquisition Advisory, Risk management Analysis and Legal and Corporate Documentation.
- I am a Promoter and CEO of a employee transportation business-Cosmopolitan Transport Services
My Work Experience:
I have an exhaustive industry experience of more than 25yrs in the following key areas: Real estate, Hospitality Sector, Educational & Skilling Sector and Tile, Ceramics and Hardware, Engineering Business , amongst other sectors.
My strengths are in creating new businesses and in efficient Finance and Tax management & execution.
I run most of these companies at board level and guide the professional teams which run these businesses on day to day basis.
I have an extensive list of educational achievements, being a Chartered Accountant & FCA, alongside being a Law graduate from Delhi University. I have also done MBA in commerce & Foreign trade from The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and am also an advisor and have been on the board for many financial institutions and corporate houses.
I am a first generation Entrepreneur who runs various companies and uses his cross industry experience for consulting also. I believe in the optimum management of resources to get the best returns possible for myself and the clients I help in business consulting.
